Il Palagio

Located on the ground floor of the Palazzo Della Gherardesca, Il Palagio features vaulted ceilings, elegant décor and lovely views of the inner gardens. Large French doors open to a terrace that offers al fresco dining during clement weather. A seasonal menu features regional cuisine prepared with a contemporary twist, accompanied by exceptional Italian wines. Seats 60 indoors, 40 outdoors.

A wide variety of à la carte items is offered at breakfast – a large selection of freshly baked pastries, croissants and breads, fresh fruits and juices, healthy choices, egg specialties, cheeses, smoked fish and cold meats. For lunch and dinner, authentic Italian cuisine is thoughtfully prepared featuring local flavours. Executive Chef Vito Mollica and his team also prepare multi-course tasting menus with wine and food pairings.
