Seasons Restaurant is an enchanting setting for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu tempts with internationally inspired cuisine that highlights the finest Irish ingredients carefully selected from small local purveyors. Seats 75.

Specialties

Executive Chef Terry White and his team have earned a devoted following for their seasonal menus. Dishes include West Cork scallops with Parmesan foam or wasabi caviar, vanilla-spiced breast of duck, tea-smoked salmon and prosciutto and a variety of unforgettable soufflés. An inspired selection of nutritionally balanced healthier fare is offered, and a children's menu is also available.
