Four Seasons Hotel Dublin launches *BBQ In The Courtyard, a weekly barbecue feast that is truly unforgettable and features premium Irish steak, freshly picked Irish garden salad bar, and homemade dessert station - all in The Courtyard at Four Seasons Hotel Dublin.
Head Chef Alberto Rossi individually cooks every cut of meat from Kettyle Beef, specially to order on the Four Seasons barbecue, along with offering his own special selection of marinades and rubs. Chef Alberto will also
share his barbecue culinary secrets, plus tips and tricks for making the most succulent barbecue dining experience possible.
*BBQ In The Courtyard takes place every between Thursday, June 19 and Thursday, August 28, from 5:30 pm. Cost is EUR 35 for two courses.
