This Summer, Experience Tempo Tea!
Four Seasons Hotel Dublin is delighted to launch a new, innovative dining experience: Tempo Tea. Created by Chef Alberto Rossi, Tempo Tea was inspired by the contemporary style and wit of the pre-eminent Irish artist, Michael Warren.
This new, culinary direction transcends the traditional Afternoon Tea, delivering the freshest flavours possible, featuring elegant, bite-size pastries, guaranteed to become a 'must-have' indulgence.
Chef Rossi found that the piece 'Tempo rubato II'', sited in The Courtyard, provided the best creative catalyst for Tempo Tea. Each of the nine handmade pastries are instantly recognizable, classic delicacies, but with a surprising twist. His aim is to challenge expectations yet preserve sufficient integrity so that flavours remain in complete harmony. This attention to maintaining balance is also what is essential to understanding Michael Warren's works of art, such as, 'Tempo rubato II''.

Tempo Tea, inspired by Michael Warren, is available daily starting Tuesday, July 1 from 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm. Cost begins from EUR 36, Summer Cocktail EUR 46 and Champagne EUR 50.
