Play in the city itinerary

Explore Philadelphia's historic sights, cruise the Delaware River or learn and play at the city's many museums. The Concierge can arrange exclusive tours or access at select sites with advanced notice. We invite you to discuss your needs with us.

Day one

• Visit the Academy of Natural Sciences and see live butterflies, a dinosaur hall and other exhibits.
• Enjoy dinner or a snack beside the Hotel's indoor pool.

Day two

• Take a trolley tour, which stops just outside the Hotel and allows you to hop on and off as you visit Philadelphia's sights – Independence Hall/Liberty Bell, National Constitution Center, Betsy Ross House and the Seaport Museum.
• Enjoy lunch at Reading Terminal, one of the country's oldest farmers' markets, located in Center City. Here you'll find something for all tastes – from cheesesteaks and deli fare to sushi to Amish cooking.
• Explore the city on land and water with a Ride the Ducks sightseeing tour.
• In the evening, take in a baseball, basketball or hockey game or watch a current-release movie in your room with complimentary popcorn and soda for the kids.

Day three

• Enjoy breakfast or brunch at the Hotel with special menu items for kids, including pigs in a blanket, chicken fingers, waffles made to order and an ice cream sundae bar.
• Choose from the following activities:
  • Visit the Please Touch Museum, which provides interactive exhibits to engage young visitors.
  • Explore the Philadelphia Museum of Art and experience a behind-the-scenes tour of the Museum's international art collection.
  • Take a trip to the Philadelphia Zoo, America's oldest zoo, where you can enjoy a VIP Meet the Animals tour arranged by the Hotel.
