Hatha yoga classes
Hatha yoga focuses on the physical and mental aspects of well-being. These classes teach asanas (postures) and pranayama (techniques for breath control), to promote a healthy, strong body and a peaceful mind. The gentle, effective classes are appropriate for guests no matter the age, flexibility or physical stamina, and are helpful for relieving jet lag and other stress-related symptoms.

As morning practice promotes a peaceful and energised day, the 60-minute classes are held at 8:00 am, currently on Tuesdays and Thursdays; the schedule may expand depending on popularity. Fee applies.
