The grand Levant Ballroom, with its soaring ceiling and magnificent chandeliers, can accommodate up to 600 for a banquet and 800 for a conference, and is divisible into five smaller function spaces. Palmyra, the next largest room, can seat up to 200, and is also divisible in two. Three smaller rooms, Ugarit, Eshtar and Zenobya, provide a warm, relaxing atmosphere with soft, neutral colours, natural lighting and inviting views. A beautifully landscaped outdoor terrace provides a splendid backdrop for outdoor functions.
Set apart in a distraction-free environment, all meeting spaces at the Hotel are fully equipped to support the most technologically demanding presentations, with advanced lighting, audiovisual and staging capabilities, and telecommunications and electrical hook-ups.

Receiving and maintenance
The Hotel features a full-service shipping and receiving office. All packages should be sent to the attention of a group's name and its conference service manager. They will be stored in a separate conference storage area. Limited space is available for the storage of large items. Please time shipping to the dates of your arrival.
Please contact the receiving department or your conference service manager for special arrangement for delivery of oversized packages or environmentally sensitive equipment.
Shipping of post-conference materials may be co-ordinated through your conference service manager.
The engineering department is available 24 hours a day for general assistance with lighting, room temperature control and minor repairs.
Welcome amenities and VIP gifts
Special arrangements can be made for clients to purchase welcome amenities and gifts for their VIP guests.
The Hotel offers many activities to interest spouses of meeting participants, and the Concierge will be happy to assist with information on nearby points of interest and on daily tours.

Shops are open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm in the winter (October to March) and till 9:00 pm in the summer (April to September), closing for lunch from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Most shops close on Fridays.
Public and private-sector offices are open from Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
