Four Seasons In-Room Dining is a fine dining experience within the comfort and convenience of your guest room or suite. Choose from an extensive menu — day or night — that is ideal for time-zone-hopping travellers, impromptu meetings or for quiet, private dining.

Specialties

Breakfast places traditional favourites beside specialty items such as Huevos Las Colinas (eggs on corn tostadas with black beans, chicken, avocado and salsa); or french toast with carmelised bananas. An inspired selection of nutritionally balanced, healthier fare includes egg-white frittata with roasted mushrooms, asparagus and tomato marmalade. A Japanese breakfast can be requested.

From the lunch menu, select appetisers and entrées such as rosemary chicken breast on ciabatta with portobello mushroom, brie and arugula.

Interesting dinner options range from seared salmon with sesame seeds, wasabi mashed potatoes and ginger-miso jus to bone-in New York strip steak with grilled vegetables and fried Idaho potato wedges. These are complemented by appetisers, salads and desserts, from pecan pie to sorbet. Our pizza menu offers thin-crust pizza with your favourite ingredients.

An all-day children's menu includes special treats such as chocolate chip cookies and milk shakes.

Our chef also loves to prepare special requests for those with particular tastes.
