CARDIO/STRENGTH 

  • Group Cycle (60 or 75 minutes)

    Join our expert instructors for the ride of your life! This indoor cycling class remains one of the hottest workouts today. Reserve your bike up to 24 hours in advance at 972-717-2560.

  • Surge Cycle (45 minutes)

    Take spinning to the next level with this 45-minute, high-energy cycle class that blasts fat and increases endurance while keeping you engaged and entertained.

  • Total Body Conditioning (45 minutes)

    Get set for a brilliant, all-around conditioning session. This total body workout incorporates high-energy aerobic cardio moves with various strength training techniques.

  • Athletic Drive (60 minutes)

    Directing your energy into an Unstoppable Force. Structure your physique to a stronger, more durable and powerful you than ever before. Each AD session will ignite the following athletic qualities: determination, discipline, focus, self-confidence, resiliency, drive, leadership and inner raw talent, pushing beyond one’s threshold and evolving from the inside out.

  • Zumba (45 – 60 minutes)

    Ditch the workout and join the party! A fusion of Latin and international music creates an intoxicating environment to dance your calories away!

  • DANCEHALL (60 minutes)

    Caribbean music, dance and the feeling of beautiful Jamaica. Dancehall is the new dance craze, which embraces reggae and dancehall styles of music alongside the soulful movement of dance. Music is the channel to textured movement as dance is the core in keeping the heart young.  

  • Center Stage (60 minutes)

    Time to perform! A high-energy, fat-burning blast of fun using different styles of dance moves...mambos, chasses, leaps and turns. Let your inner dancer out!

  • POUND Plus (45 minutes)

    Channel your inner rock star with this full-body cardio jam session. Using Ripstix lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, torch calories and tone while rocking out to your favorite music – finishing the session with 15 minutes of yoga and deep stretching to keep your rock star body flexible.   

STRENGTH TRAINING

  • Body, Balance & Brains (60 minutes)

    Geared toward seniors, blending fundamental strength training, focused balance work and stimulating mind exercises that encourage vibrant aging.

  • TRX® (30 minutes)

    This total body workout was developed by a Navy Seal and uses gravity and bodyweight to develop strength, flexibility and a solid core. TRX® is a great option for all ages and fitness levels. 

  • Core Flex (60 minutes)

    Using fitness balls, body bars, hand weights and gliding disks, participants will focus on core stabilization while working individual muscle groups. All movements are integrated with balance, strength and flexibility. Great abdominal training as well.

  • Core30

    Get serious results as you go beyond basic core training. Core30 is an intelligently designed non-stop mix of dynamic core exercises that will lean and strengthen your entire mid-section. 

  • EPPIC (30 Minutes)

    A dynamic and energetic total body workout designed to build lean muscle and torch body fat. Mix it up with a range of exercises using your own body weight, gliders, resistance bands and more. Maximize your time and get the most out of this 30-minute class!

  • Body Blast (60 minutes)

    Do you want to create a leaner, stronger, more flexible body? This class is designed with full-body, multi-muscular movements integrated to maximize your workout potential. 

  • Muscle Flex (60 minutes)

    A total body workout allowing participants to train as they would in the fitness center, with barbells and weight plates that can be adjusted from 3 to 63 pounds. Add great music and a motivating instructor for an amazing class!

  • Surfset® (45 minutes)

    As seen on ABC’s Shark Tank, Surfset® mimics the physical demands of surfing, including balance, strength and cardio. Surfset® is a total body workout that challenges your balance and stabilizes muscles to create a lean and strong physique.  

  • Peak Performance (60 minutes)

    Take this high-voltage class to maximize your strength, agility and stamina. Anything and everything is fair game in this total body conditioning class!

WATER

  • Land and Sea (45 minutes)

    A high-energy, low-impact, full-body interval training class fusing swimming and resistance training, using elements that include body weight, Vipers and medicine balls, all taking place at our Olympic lap pool. All fitness and swimming abilities welcome.

  • HIIT & Fit H2O (45 minutes)

    This aqua class includes 12 minutes of warm-up and total body movements that will prepare you for an intense 20 minutes of interval training that involves one-minute bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by one-minute periods of less intense exercise, with virtually no impact on the joints. Exercises include dynamic movements that build total body strength and cardiovascular endurance. HIIT programming varies weekly and may involve the following in the pool: swimming, running and walking, and unique movements that will require simultaneous use of multiple muscle groups, use of kick boards, noodles, dumbbells, and more.  

  • Aqua Stride (60 minutes)

    Walk and talk and get fit all at the same time! This fun format uses the full length of the pool for participants to walk, run, skip, scoot, and other means in an effort to travel the pool from end to end. 

  • H2O Circuit (60 minutes)

    Building strength and endurance is the goal in this water class. Using alternating periods of cardiovascular training and muscle strengthening exercises, this format really packs a punch!

  • Water Works (60 minutes)

    Combine aerobic training, muscle toning and flexibility exercises all in one, and what do you get? A splashing good workout! Great class for beginners and advanced participants.

MIND AND BODY

  • AntiGravity Aerial Yoga (60 minutes)

    Discover the power, excitement and pure joy of moving freely in all directions of open space. Through this step-by-step technique, you will learn all you need to flip, swing and fly through space without even noticing that you are working out. Lean in and learn the art of letting go while activating feelings of strength and synchronicity. 

  • Pure Stretch (60 minutes)

    Exactly the way it sounds...pure stretching. Get your morning off to a great start!

  • Barre (60 minutes)

    The premiere barre-based workout that targets the muscles that play the greatest role in body change, by keeping those muscles working intensely and safely, followed by intense stretching of each muscle worked.

  • Pilates (60 minutes)

    Based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates, this class combines discipline and flexibility with emphasis on core and trunk stabilization. 

  • Yoga (60 minutes)

    Join in the journey to enhanced physical and mental health with exercises that promote flexibility and strength, as well as relaxation through controlled breath. 

  • Young at Heart Chair Yoga (30 minutes)

    Improve your strength, mobility and flexibility while reducing stress through seated and standing poses. Chairs and props are provided to keep everyone supported – no need for a yoga mat.

  • Yin Yoga (60 minutes)

    Tune into your internal rhythm as you experience and explore gently held postures that guide the body to gradually open, breath by breath. Targeting the tendons, ligaments and fascia, this deeply meditative practice will increase circulation in the joints, improve flexibility, quiet the mind and energize your day!

  • Pi-Yo (60 minutes)

    Enhance strength, muscular symmetry, alignment, flexibility, grace and coordination with this blending of Pilates and yoga.

  • Power Yoga (60 minutes)

    This mind/body regimen takes its cue from Ashtanga Yoga practice. Great for athletes or participants who enjoy moving more strenuously through a variety of challenging yoga poses.
