Paul Earnest, Director of Golf, PGA Member
Paul Earnest leads the entire golf facility at Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas – handling retail, instruction and golf course operations. A graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in Business Management, Paul is both an accomplished collegiate golfer and a successful business person – having been named PGA Merchandiser of the Year for 2004. A PGA member since 1992, he has competed in many professional golf events, including the PGA Championship and the EDS Byron Nelson Championship. Under his tenure, the Four Seasons Resort has been consistently recognized among the leading golf resorts in America. Paul Earnest is available for private golf instruction on a limited basis.

Tim Cusick, Director of Golf Instruction, PGA Member
Tim Cusick has been a member of the PGA of America since 1989 and was named 2005 Teacher of the Year for the Northern Texas PGA Section. Golf Magazine recognized Tim as a Top Teacher for the South Central Region of the US in 2005 / 2006. Among his students are players who have won championships on every major professional golf tour. Tim frequently travels to Europe, Mexico and Asia to train golf professionals to become more accomplished teachers. Prior to joining Four Seasons, Tim was Director of Golf Instruction for Hank Haney Golf Inc. in McKinney, Texas. He also served as an assistant to the men’s golf coach at Southern Methodist University.

Rod Cook, Head Instructor, PGA Member
Rod Cook is a talented golf instructor who actively competes in professional events around the country. He previously served as Director of Instruction at Black Diamond Ranch in Lecanto, Florida. Rod is an outstanding player with more than 20 professional wins to his credit. He won the 2001 Minnesota State Open and is a six-time Minnesota PGA Section Assistants Champion. Rod has qualified for the National Club Professional Championship four times. He holds four course records. A member of the PGA of America since 1997, he has also been a Titleist National Leadership Advisor Staff member since 1998.

Jay Winegar, Head Instructor and Junior Golf Manager
Jay Winegar has been a key member of the Four Seasons golf instruction staff for nearly 10 years. He was instrumental in the creation of the Four Seasons Junior Golf Team and Junior Golf Program. Under his leadership, more than 30 members have qualified to participate on the Four Seasons Junior Golf Team. Two members currently play Division I college golf. Jay’s summer Junior Golf Camps are designed to reach all skills levels from beginners to tournament ready players. An apprentice in the PGA of America, Jay Winegar is available for one-on-one and corporate golf instruction.
