The Guanacaste Ballroom is designed to be used as one large, elegant room. It can also be divided into two intimate spaces. The spacious ballroom's pre-function area opens onto a shaded terrace and the outdoor event lawn, with views of the Pacific Ocean.

Adjacent to the Guanacaste Ballroom pre-function area, this covered terrace can accommodate up to 110 people for a reception and opens onto the Event Lawn.

Beside the Guanacaste Ballroom is the Orosi function room, opening onto a covered terrace and hosting dinners for 120. Orosi welcomes up to 180 for receptions, and may be divided into three smaller salons.
