Taste the Stars
What happens when astronomy meets gastronomy? You’re about to discover that heavenly fusion at Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo. Part of the Resort’s 10th-anniversary celebration, our Taste the Stars dining experience in Costa Rica is a multi-course, space-influenced dinner under the stars that showcases molecular gastronomy brought to you by Executive Chef Mario Alcocer, with creative input from astronaut and Costa Rica native Franklin Chang Diaz. The Resort’s secluded Pacific Coast setting makes it one of the best stargazing locales in the world. A stellar evening, indeed.
After savouring luminescent cocktails, “Taste of the Universe” red snapper sashimi and chocolate mango asteroids, you’ll peer through a high-powered Meade LX200 GPS telescope while an astronomy guide takes you on a stargazing tour of the night sky.
