Organizing a meeting is time-consuming. Allow the Conference Services team at Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver to present several approaches to making your venue selection easy, whether you’re planning a conference, meeting, fundraiser or very special social event.
This package is specifically designed to keep menu selections and overall planning simple.
This package includes:
- Complimentary meeting room rental
- Complimentary Internet acess (for up to 15 users)
- One complimentary flip chart
- Complimentary podium and microphone
- One of the following menu packages:
- Superior Package (includes Continental breakfast, morning and afternoon coffee break, and a working lunch) - 72 CAD per person
- Premium Package (includes hot breakfast buffet, deluxe upgraded morning and afternoon coffee break, and a hot buffet lunch) - 97 CAD per person
Price does not include gratuities and applicable taxes. This package is subject to availability, is for new bookings only, and certain restrictions apply. Available for groups of 15 attendees or more. Prices are subject to change.
A minimum of 25 attendees are required for all food functions. A labour charge of 150 CAD will be charged should attendance be less than this minimum.
