Located at the base of the Vista Bahn chairlift, the Ski Concierge is a savvy mix of local skiers who help streamline and simplify the process of getting to the slopes. If you have shipped your gear to the Resort ahead of your arrival, find it waiting, fully waxed and custom-fitted to your preferences.
Should you arrive to the Resort in rental mode, your measurements and details will be taken conveniently in the lobby upon check-in. Overnight, perfectly fitted boots will be placed in your personal locker at the Ski Concierge, warmed and waiting for you, along with complimentary hot cocoa, muffins and advice on the best runs of the day.
Your skis will be at the ready as well, freshly waxed and tuned to your skiing style – whether you’re here for the thrill of schussing down Vail’s legendary slopes, or the deep silence found along numerous cross-country ski trails. For snowboarders, bindings will be set regular or goofy, pre-determined by your riding stance.
After a day of champagne powder, it’s time for an après-ski cordial. Simply drop your equipment off at the Ski Concierge to be dried and prepared for the next day.
