Dragon Boat Festival

In honour of Dragon Boat Festival, decadent home-made glutinous rice dumplings return at Jiang-Nan Chun, with Chef Alan Chan offering a nuanced take on the ingredients that generously fill up the creations. From May 19 to June 20, 2015, diners may enjoy the delectable à la carte bundles or order them for take-away.

 

Priced from SGD 12 to SGD 26 per order, the steamed glutinous rice dumplings include the following sweet and savoury selections:

  • Steamed glutinous rice dumpling with abalone, mushrooms, lotus seeds, chestnut, dried scallop, roasted pork belly, green beans and salted egg yolk.
  • Steamed glutinous rice dumpling with morel mushrooms, lotus seeds, chestnut, green beans, fig, wolfberry and ham.
  • Steamed glutinous rice dumpling with salted pork, mushroom, chestnut, green beans and dried shrimp paste.
  • Steamed glutinous rice dumpling with red bean paste.

Chinese Chef Alan Chan and his team introduce two new five-course set lunch menus that are perfect for a casual lunch with friends or a meeting with business associates.

Featuring a variety of dim sum as well as Chef's signature items, the Oriental Weekend Brunch is an indulgent and leisurely repast to enjoy with family and friends every Saturday and Sunday at Jiang-Nan Chun.
