    From 23rd July to 30th December 2015, One-Ninety Wood-fired Steaks and Seafood will be embarking on Dom Pérignon's first Gastronomy Journey. Guests will be treated to a world of complexity as our talented Chefs whip up a 5-course dinner menu which complements the various facets of the Vintage 2005. Priced at $788 for 2 persons, the menu includes a bottle of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2005. For group bookings above 15 persons, we are elated to tailor a Dom Pérignon dining experience.

    For weekend feasting, our popular Sunday brunch presents a buffet spread of appetisers and desserts, as well as a menu of main courses to order as you like. The Sunday Brunch experience is also accented by our Chef's Butcher's Block, which offers succulent cuts of steaks and meats off the grill that are skillfully carved and served at the dining table. A supervised kid's playland will also be set up for the little ones to enjoy while parents feast on their Sunday Brunch.
