    Show the moms in your life you care with a celebratory brunch at Quattro. Executive Chef Marco Fossati and Executive Pastry Chef Eric Keppler have a three-course mouth-watering menu planned and they're pulling out all the stops. Menu highlights include scallop wellington, tuna tataki, butter poached Alaskan halibut, Quattro’s famous chicken and waffles and a show-stopping dessert buffet to boot. Children under 12 will also get the royal treatment with Atlantic salmon, spaghetti and meatballs, sweet corn, and unlimited trips to the dessert buffet.

    Tuscany on the Grill

    Saturday, May 14  l  Beginning at 8:30 pm
    Join Executive Chef Marco Fossati on a field trip and brunch to remember. Meet at Quattro and begin your morning with a trip to the local farmers market. There, guests will walk alongside Marco as he hand-selects the finest of the season to bring back to Quattro. Back at the Hotel, watch as Chef Marco demonstrates how to bring each ingredient to life, followed by an Italian-style brunch al fresca on the Quattro terrace. This special event is limited to only 20 guests and includes transportation to and from the market and a decedent brunch with Italian wine pairings to compliment the meal.
