72-Hour Cancellation Policy
Our 72-hour cancellation policy allows you to plan your travel with flexibility and peace of mind. Should your plans change within 72 hours of your arrival time, please see the details of our policy below:
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking, or reservation will be automatically released. Deposit by wire transfer may be sent to the following account. Please ensure payment includes guest's name, arrival date and confirmation number:

All cancellations must be made by 12:00 noon, local time, 72 hours prior to arrival date. Otherwise, a penalty charge of one night plus tax and service will apply. The same applies to no-shows. Any material changes requested within the cancellation period are subject to approval by the Hotel.
