Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai offers meeting facilities of extraordinary scope and scale. The 690-square-metre (7,427-square-foot) Ballroom is divisible into two or three rooms, for flexibility. The Ballroom accommodates 400 seated guests and up to 700 for elegant cocktail receptions. Six additional meeting rooms offer venues for social and business occasions of varying sizes.

Set apart in a distraction-free environment, all meeting spaces at the Hotel are fully equipped to support the most technologically demanding presentations, with advanced lighting, audiovisual and staging capabilities, as well as telecommunications and electrical hook-ups. Voltage is 220 volts and adapters are available.

Our team of Catering Sales and Group Services managers can arrange music and entertainment to complement any part of your function or event. A variety of music is available, including a disco band, jazz trio and pianist.

We are happy to handle your shipments prior to an event and keep them secure in our storeroom. However, space is limited, so delivery of large items should be coordinated in advance through our Catering and Group Services Manager.

Receiving dock

Please contact our Catering and Group Services Manager for delivery of oversized packages or environmentally sensitive equipment.

Post-conference shipping

Shipping of post-conference materials may be coordinated through our Catering and Group Services Manager.

Maintenance

The Engineering Department is available 24 hours a day for general assistance with lighting, room-temperature control and minor repairs.

Special arrangements can be made for clients to purchase welcome amenities and gifts for their VIP guests.
