With our Meet & Dine Package, Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai is proposing a meeting program that offers to finish off an afternoon of business by indulging in a lavish restaurant experience. For a minimum of 15 persons and a maximum of 150 persons, you and your partners will be able to enjoy the following amenities:
This package includes:
- The main meeting room rental for the afternoon (1:00 pm – 6:00 pm)
- Meeting room setup in your desired style with meeting amenities (i.e. bottled water, writing pad, pencil, mints) for each guest
- Afternoon refreshments with free flow supply of coffee and fine imported tea
- Choice of one set Chinese, Japanese, western or buffet dinner in one of our four restaurants(subject to availability): SiJiXuan, Shintaro, Steak House and Café Studio served with 2 hours free flow house wine, beer, fresh juice, soft drinks, mineral water, coffee and tea
- Audiovisual equipment (flipchart, white board, 3 microphones, 1 LCD projector and screen)
- Our meeting butler standby the meeting room at your service throughout the entire event
- Standard floral decoration for your meeting to be selected from our seasonal collection
