Private Yoga Sessions

Private yoga sessions can be arranged and personalized to suit all levels, from introductory exploration to advanced practice. Designed to harmonize and rejuvenate the mind, body and soul, the sessions focus on individual areas of need. A course of guided practice, with a program to follow upon departure, can also be customized to your needs. We offer private one-on-one, couple’s sessions or group sessions.

Group Yoga Experiences

Our yogi has created group classes specifically designed to enjoy among the beautiful and serene surroundings of Four Seasons Resort Seychelles. Classes cost EUR 10 per person, plus service charge and local taxes.

Spinal Care Yoga

Regular practise of Spinal Care Yoga increases flexibility. These postures are designed to integrate and benefit the whole body by lengthening connective tissue, expanding range of motion and improving posture. Suitable for all levels.

Evening Yoga

Hatha yoga makes us aware of the body, with all its inestimable qualities. The practice of sun and moon salutations help purify both the body and mind. A freshly made vegetable juice is served at the end of the session, to rejuvenate and aid this purification. Suitable for guests with previous yoga experience.

Mountain Yoga

Take a 10-minute hike to enjoy the vista from the beautiful mountainside just behind the Resort. Enjoy the stillness of nature, overlooking the ocean as you practise breathing techniques during sunset. Suitable for all levels. Previous hiking experience is preferable.

Morning Yoga

Sleep relaxes the body and mind, but at the same time it develops tensions, blockages and stagnations in the body as a result of incorrect postures and unpleasant dreams. This session consists of dynamic routines, sun salutations and active breathing practices to remove energy blockages and help heal the body and mind. Suitable for guests with previous yoga experience.

Meditation at Foumba

Enjoy the historic setting of Foumba (old house in Creole), where deep contemplation on breathing, bodily sensations and surrounding environments will bring you inner peace and happiness. Suitable for all levels.

Yogic Sleep (Yoga Nidra)

This session uses stimulating asana and shavasana (lying on the back) postures to enhance deep relaxation. This practice allows for higher levels of awareness and promotes harmony and peace by releasing mental, emotional and muscular tension. It can also help relieve insomnia. Suitable for all levels. As this is a guided meditation, a basic understanding of the English language is required.

Beach Bonfire Yoga (Mrityunjaya Homa)

Feel a sense of lightness and true self-discovery through yogic movements, breathing and chanting conducted around a bonfire in this unique experience. This session is beneficial for mental, emotional and physical health, and is suitable for all levels.

Yogic Relaxation

This session will ease the tensions and stresses of work and everyday life. With the help of easy posture and breath coordination, you will experience the cosmic rhythm within your own bio-energy system. Suitable for all levels.
