Seasons Lounge Manager Oliver Lee learned how to multitask in his hometown of St. Louis in dual roles of sommelier and manager at a local micro-winery. Lee worked at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis and Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley at Palo Alto before he became bar manager, social media guru (steakinthecity.net) and master mixologist at Seasons. All gather to enjoy Seasons’ captivating cocktails.
“We launch a new cocktail list the first day of every new season – and post the list on the blog, provide recipes and do video demos so guests can play around, have some fun.” Not that Lee doesn’t do the same. To wit: Bacon and Bagpipes, bacon-infused Scotch with port, B&B and Midori served with frozen whisky stones. “A headscratcher, sure, but it works!”
