Wedding specialist
A Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita on-site expert will work with you or your destination wedding consultant to reserve your dates, plan the schedule of events, coordinate all food and beverage details, from menu design to linens, and assist with other aspects of your wedding experience at the Hotel.

Wedding planning
Public area available for pictures
A number of areas at the Resort provide a beautiful backdrop for your wedding pictures. Mats can be laid on sand or other uneven surfaces, to make walking easier, and the areas can be decorated with flowers and tiki torches.
Licence for ceremony
Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita can help you coordinate the paperwork required to hold your ceremony here. We can also arrange a pastor, a translator or a Justice of the Peace.
You may opt for a non-denominational, spiritual ceremony at the Resort, conducted by an English-speaking minister. This type of ceremony will not be recognised by the Mexican government, or by other countries (including the United States) as a legal binding marriage.
Alternatively, for a legally recognised marriage in Mexico, documents must be submitted at least 45 days prior to the scheduled date of the wedding.

Flowers
Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita will be pleased to assist you or make arrangements with our in-house floral designers. We can also create themes and matching décor for your evening event.
Cakes
Our talented in-house Pastry Chef can create a beautiful customised wedding cake in the flavour of your choice. If you have a photograph of a special cake, we will be happy to prepare that cake for you.
Menu creations
Four Seasons prides itself on culinary creativity, and offers an extensive array of menus to choose from. Or, we can completely custom-design a menu for you, along with your choice of beverages. Whatever the wedding event, from an intimate family brunch to a sophisticated cocktail buffet to a grand reception banquet, our team will assist you or your bridal consultant from planning to execution.
Linens and tabletop décor
Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita offers a basic level of superior linens, cutlery, china and glassware for all banquet tables. Special colours, patterns or designs may be obtained for a nominal rental fee.
Transportation
At your request, Four Seasons can arrange local transportation for you or your visiting guests. The resort is approximately 45 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport.
Preferred vendors and service coordination
At your request, we can provide a list of recommended vendors for all your wedding needs, from photographers to entertainment.
