Our skilled therapist will customise your massage according to your individual needs, to promote circulation and soothe sore muscles. Techniques may include deep tissue massage, Swedish massage and stretches.
Acupressure with back walking
In this pressure point massage, your therapist uses his or her body weight, supported by parallel ceiling bars, to apply pressure with palms or feet. The treatment relieves muscle tension and promotes circulation.
Aromatherapy elixir
Using essential oils of the guest's choosing, this individualised treatment relaxes, detoxifies, boosts the immune system and releases muscle tension.
In-room couple's
In your guest room or suite, begin your journey together by enjoying your choice of massages, side by side. Then, enhance the experience with an optional rose petal milk bath.
Mother-to-be
A certified therapist will focus on your special needs. Lower back pain and fluid retention in the legs are relieved and stretch marks prevented, using a specially blended oil and cream.

Shiatsu
In shiatsu, one of the most ancient forms of massage, the therapist applies pressure to specific points using thumbs, palms, elbows, knees and feet to release tension in over-worked muscles. The treatment also helps balance the body's energy flow.
Hot stone
Warmed lava stones are placed along the body’s meridians and are used throughout the massage to knead and soothe sore, tired muscles. Stress will gently melt away.
Thai massage – a healing art
We combine the best of yoga and acupressure to remove blockages and improve vitality. The use of point-pressure along with wide variety of stretching movement opens the joints and balances all major muscle groups of the body. Rythmic compressions ease the recipient into a deeply relaxed state while helping them to become more flexible.
Reflexology
In the ancient art of reflexology, a natural healing practice, reflex areas on the hands and feet corresponding to all parts of the body are stimulated. Tension and stress are relieved in a natural way.

The four-hands massage is literally that – two massage therapists working together to soothe muscle pain, reduce stress and provide double the relaxation.
