    Overlooking the Hotel’s towering Grand Lobby, The Garden is an enchanted forest in the heart of a metropolis. Towering African acacia trees—with twisted and undulating trunks—set an impressive stage for business cocktails and networking events.

  • The Executive Meeting Suites

    Located on the quiet corner of the fifth floor, two executive meeting suites give you sophisticated options for hosting high-level confidential dinners and all-day executive meetings. They seat up to ten each, and feature a guest powder room and audiovisual services on request.

  • The Cosmopolitan Suite

    With 12-foot (4-metre) ceilings and backlit onyx panels, this sophisticated venue reflects the signature décor of the Hotel’s lobby. Other elegant touches include light beech-paneled walls and hand tufted taupe-coloured carpet.  The Hotel’s largest space, it can accommodate special events for 75 to 190 people.

  • Salon A & B

    An elegant space for an all-day event, with a private foyer providing space for coffee breaks and cocktails. The neutral colours and twinkling lights provide an elegant glow for all occasions. Its natural silk wall coverings and verde candeis marble allow for a variety of different decors.

    This contemporary banquet space, with its octangular shape, offers ideal accommodations for both meeting and private dining events. Amenities for business meetings and presentations include Internet hook-ups, projection room for rear-screen laptop presentations, unobstructed view and programmable lighting and audio options. Breakout rooms and pre-function space are also available with this room.

  • The Madison Suite

    Located outside the Metropolitan Suite, the Madison Suite is perfect for various meals, meetings, breakouts, an office or a hospitality suite. The serene colours and design of the rooms provide a perfect background to your function.   • The Boardroom

    Looking for a smaller room to host an all-day meeting or a high-level confidential dinner? The Boardroom, which is one of our smaller rooms, seats up to 14 people.  A richly appointed space, you’ll find a handsomely designed dark mahogany boardroom table surrounded by fine leather oversized chairs. Contemporary marble tables are at each end of the boardroom for food and beverage displays.
