Approximately 1,200 square metres (13,000 square feet) of meeting space is available in 11 function rooms. Capacities of the function rooms varies from 10 to 320 people for sit-down dinner.

An audiovisual company maintains a relationship with the Hotel to supply equipment and technicians. They and your Four Seasons meeting services manager ensure a flawless presentation.

Our meeting services manager will be happy to assist with setting up any type of music, flower arrangements or entertainment for your meeting.
Receiving and maintenance
All packages should be sent to the attention of a group's name and its meeting planner. They will be stored in a separate conference storage area. Limited space is available for the storage of large items. Please time shipping to the dates of your arrival. Please request special shipping instructions for clearing customs without unnecessary delays.
Our meeting services manager can make special arrangements for delivery of oversized packages or environmentally sensitive equipment.
Shipping of post-conference materials may be co-ordinated through our meeting services manager.
The engineering department is available 24 hours a day for general assistance with lighting, room temperature control and minor repairs.
