The Resort is pleased to help arrange appropriate on-site or off-site activities for visiting families. Our kids club, Kuda Velaa, and young adult centre offer a full range of activities to entertain our younger guests.

Technical assistance
All meetings spaces at the Resort are equipped to meet your presentation and communication requirements.
Audiovisual equipment includes:
- LCD projector
- White screen
- Flat screen television
- DVD/CD player
- Wired or wireless Internet access
The power voltage of the Resort is 230 volts with a frequency of 50 Hz. A limited number of adapters are available upon request.
Music and entertainment
Our marketing coordinator will be happy to assist in setting up any type of music or entertainment for your meeting or event. Please enquire in advance should you wish to arrange overseas entertainment so we can help you with proper permits or documents.
Receiving and maintenance
All packages should be sent to the attention of your group via the Resort's marketing coordinator; please include the group's check-in date. These will be stored in the Resort's storage area, but note that availability for storage is limited, so please time shipping to the dates of your arrival.
Receiving dock
Please contact the Resort's marketing coordinator for special delivery arrangements of oversized packages or environmentally sensitive equipment.
Post-conference shipping
Shipping of post-conference materials may be coordinated through the Resort's marketing coordinator.
Maintenance
The engineering department is available 24 hours a day for general assistance with lighting, room temperature control and minor repairs.
Destination management companies
Our marketing team can help to accommodate your group's special requests through the Resort's or local resources.
Welcome amenities and VIP gifts
Arrangements can be made for clients to purchase welcome amenities their important guests. The Resort's Gift Certificates and Four Seasons Gift Cards are also available for purchase.
