Imperial One-Bedroom Suite

These elegant 1st to 9th floor suites offer spectacular views and can be configured as a two-bedroom with the addition of a connecting Four Seasons Junior Suite.

Largely acclaimed by our clients, these suites benefit from views of the Eduardo VII Park and on the higher floors of the Tagus River. They are decorated in an Imperial style. With three large terraces (132 sq. feet/ 12.3 m2 each) the living room (423 sq. feet/ 39.3 m2) is particularly bright and furnished with a very comfortable seating area with sofa, a large executive working desk and a dining table seating four persons. The private entrance of the suite also leads to the foyer entrance of the bedroom (474 sq. feet/ 44 m2). With a spacious private terrace with outdoor seating (96 sq. feet/ 8.9 m2), the bedroom is furnished with an extra long King bed, an executive working desk and a small dressing table. The bathroom is superbly appointed with black marble.


Each of the Imperial Suites can be converted to a two-bedroom suite by adding one of our Four Seasons Junior Suite offering up to four terraces with panoramic views of the city. HI FI with CD/DVD player in each different room of the suite.

Early Arrivals and Late Departures

If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags and make our fitness facilities available for you to freshen up.

Guaranteed Reservations and Deposits

At Four Seasons, a guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm). If a room is not available, we will arrange your accommodation in another hotel at our expense, and provide transportation to and from Four Seasons as reasonable. All reservations made through the web site must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Certain arrival dates and rates may require a deposit. Please check for full deposit requirements at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for a guest room reservation must be received at least 24 hours prior to 1:00 pm on the expected day of arrival. Policies may differ by arrival date and room type. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the Hotel will charge for one night's accommodation.
