Pla Pla
On the beach below, Pla Pla (the Thai term for “many fish”) serves fresh fish daily, prepared according to individual request. The menu includes a comprehensive seafood selection, meat and vegetarian options, and local dishes – authentically prepared, with varying degrees of spiciness. During the day, guests of the Resort may enjoy light salads and snacks from Pla Pla as they lounge by the pool or on the beach. Pla Pla also hosts special dining events weekly, such as barbecues.
White Thai sandstone walls and floors provide a dramatic contrast to the steel blue, silver, eggplant and saffron décor that defines the restaurant’s casual ambience. Seating is offered on an open, fan-cooled deck, on the open-air terrace, or right on the white-sand beach. In addition, a dining pavilion on the beach accommodates up to 16 guests for cocktails or dinner.
