For large-scale events in Jakarta, the 980 square-metre (10,548 square-foot) Ballroom is second to none, accommodating up to 500 guests for a sit-down banquet or 1,500 for a reception. Two floors of underground parking and a direct elevator link to the Ballroom are a helpful touch for local guests. Unlike any other meeting facility in Asia, for added privacy and enhanced security, the Ballroom offers a private elevator linking the Ballroom with the Presidential Suite. Projection rooms along two walls facilitate the production of high-tech shows or events where the ability to manipulate lighting is paramount.

Adjacent to the Ballroom, the Pre-Function Area is the perfect space for a registration, breaks or smaller events.

The Tenun Room is a large function space that can accommodate 260 people for a banquet or 310 people for a reception. It can also be divided into four smaller rooms – Ikat, Ulos, Songket and Tapis – or any combination of these rooms.

The Ikat Room can be used on its own for smaller functions or as part of the larger Tenun Room.

The Ulos Room is a division of the Tenun Room, with a gold and aubergine colour scheme.

The Songket Room provides a more intimate space with all the amenities you expect of our larger rooms.

The Tapis Room is ideal for smaller functions without skimping on attention to detail.

The Garden Terrace is a split-level function space with an atrium ceiling, garden views and an outdoor terrace with water features. It is a perfect venue for receptions for up to 300 guests or for lunches and dinners for 120. Optional blackout curtains provide an alternative venue for meetings.

Very private, the Boardroom is perfect for intimate gatherings or small meetings. The room includes a conference table that seats 22 as well as a seating area with lounge chairs.
