The Ballroom measures 980 square metres (10,548 square feet), has an additional pre-function area of 297 square metres (3,196 square feet) and accommodates up to 500 for a banquet or 1,500 for a cocktail reception. Conference facilities are also available for smaller groups of 6 to 310 people. Twelve dedicated meeting rooms offer space for board meetings or smaller conferences.

Our conference managers will be happy to assist with setting up any type of music or entertainment for your meeting or event.
Receiving and maintenance
All packages should be addressed to the conference manager. They will be stored in the conference manager's office or with the Concierge.
Maintenance
The engineering department is available 24 hours a day for general assistance with lighting, room temperature control and minor repairs.
Welcome amenities and VIP gifts
Special arrangements can be made for clients to purchase welcome gifts for their VIP guests at our shop, such as batik or wayang (Indonesian traditional handicraft).
Spouse programs
With advance notice, the Concierge is pleased to arrange city tours or shopping excursions.
