Cottonwood Lawn
The 3,400-square-foot (315-square-metre) Cottonwood Lawn is beautifully landscaped, with views of Sleeping Indian Mountain to the east. At the Lawn's northwest point, Adirondack chairs are grouped around a stone firepit, creating a relaxed and comfortable milieu for guests to socialise. The Lawn can be tented for outdoor functions.

Cottonwood Terrace
The 618-square-foot (57.5-square-metre) enclosed and heated terrace features a large fireplace. Expansive windows and double doors open to the Cottonwood Lawn outdoors, filling the room with natural light.

Cottonwood Ballroom
The Cottonwood Ballroom is 3,860 square feet (356 square metres) and can be divided into two equal sections with separate foyers. The high, peaked ceilings lend a Western feel to the rooms. The north wall of the Ballroom features a large wood-burning fireplace that adds a warm glow to any event. Two sets of double doors lead to the Cottonwood Terrace and then to the Cottonwood Lawn. These glass doors allow natural light to flow into the Ballroom. The adjacent 1,000-square-foot (93-square-metre) enclosed and heated terrace also features a large fireplace.

Cottonwood Ballroom Pre-function Area
The Ballroom Pre-function Area is located immediately in front of the Cottonwood Ballroom, offering a prime location for lunch. The open space can be easily configured into different set-ups, depending on preference. An ideal space for a reception.

Presidential Suite
For a small, intimate wedding, our Presidential Suite with views of Rendezvous Mountain is the perfect site.

Alder Room
The 470 square-foot (43 square-metre) Alder Room features a built-in cabinet that conceals a screen and whiteboard. The room does not connect to any other room, for the utmost in privacy, and offers a private rear entrance for service staff.

Featuring Axminster carpet and alder wood wainscotting with fabric wallcoverings, this pre-function area is ideal for receiving lines and more.

Aspen Room
The 688 square-foot (65 square-metre) Aspen Room features a built-in cabinet that conceals a screen for convenient use. The Aspen Room conveniently shares a pre-function area with the Willow Room. All event rooms feature individually controlled lighting and temperature controls.

Willow Room
The 698 square-foot (65 square-metre) Willow Room features a private entrance for service staff, and conveniently shares a pre-function area with the Aspen Room. All event rooms feature individually controlled lighting and temperature controls.
Advance booking and space confirmation
To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking 9 to 12 months in advance; however, we can sometimes accommodate shorter or longer notice.
