Airport
Hong Kong International Airport at Chek Lap Kok on Lantau Island is one of the world's most advanced airports, offering a comprehensive range of facilities and services. As the world's fifth busiest international passenger airport and the most active air cargo operation worldwide, the airport services 85 airlines, linking Hong Kong with more than 150 locations around the world, including over 40 cities in mainland China.
The airport operates around the clock and is the primary hub for Cathay Pacific Airways, which provides service to the rest of Asia, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, Europe, South Africa and North America. Dragonair and a number of smaller airlines service the region, including mainland China.
Hotel Services
Hotel Limousine
Limousine service is available to and from the airport and may be arranged at the time of reservation or through the Concierge. Guests booking a limousine pick-up from the airport to the Hotel will be welcomed at the end of the air bridge by an airport representative, escorted through immigration and baggage collection and accompanied to their waiting limousine. Our meet and greet service applies to Mercedes Benz, Bentley and MPV transfers. An additional HKD 120 per person will be applied for guests booking the 23-seat minibus or coach.
Limousine service options include:
- Mercedes Benz S Class 300 – HKD 1,100 per vehicle, one way, maximum of 4 passengers
- Bentley Arnage – HKD 2,200 per vehicle, one way, maximum of 4 passengers
- Toyota Alphard MPV – HKD 1,300 per vehicle, one way, maximum 6 passengers
- Minibus – HKD 1,000 per vehicle, one way, maximum of 23 passengers
- Coach – HKD 1,550 per vehicle, one way, maximum 43 passengers
Limousine service is also available on an hourly basis in and around Hong Kong. Please contact the Concierge for details.
Airport Express Train
The Airport Express train, which can be accessed directly from the airport terminal building, is one of the most convenient ways to arrive at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong. The train departs every 12 minutes, and reaches the Airport Express Hong Kong Station in 24 minutes. The Hotel is a ten-minute walk from the station, through the IFC mall.
Shuttle Service
For guest convenience, a complimentary shuttle service loops between the Airport Express Hong Kong Station and the Hotel at regular intervals. No reservations are required. Please contact the Concierge for details.

Instructions
- Exit the airport and follow signs for Kowloon on Lantau Highway
- Stay on Lantau Highway until you cross the Tsing Ma Bridge
- Continue to follow signs for Hong Kong Island, driving towards Western Harbour Tunnel
- Cross Western Harbour Tunnel and bear right, taking Sheung Wan/Central exit
- Sheung Wan and Central exits will split; stay left and take the exit off towards ifc Two
- After approximately 0.5 kilometres (0.3 miles), take first slip road on the right, turning right again and bearing back in a U-turn
- Stay left as the road splits and the Hotel entrance is on your left
Limousine service
Limousine service is available to and from the airport and may be arranged at the time of reservation or through the Concierge. Guests who book a limousine pick-up from the airport to the Hotel will be greeted by an airport representative as they leave the aircraft, and be escorted to the immigration counters. The representative will also assist them with baggage claim and accompany them to their waiting limousine. Limousine service is also available on an hourly basis in and around Hong Kong. Instructions
- From the West Bridge Arrival Hall, take the opposite escalator down to the second floor
- Turn left and head towards Starbucks, which is located next to Yoshinoya Japanese restaurant
- Turn right and walk towards the exit onto the outside bridge
- At the “L” junction, turn left, following the signs to IFC mall/HK Station Walk along the bridge until you reach the IFC mall entrance (glass doors)
- Once inside the IFC mall, make an immediate left onto the bridge and cross to the driveway of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

From Airport Express Train - Central
Travel time 9 minute walk
Distance 0.25 kilometres/0.15 miles
Instructions
- Opposite the Airport Express train is the elevator taking you up to the Airport Express check-in counter area (G/F)
- Turn to your right and walk towards Watsons; there are elevators to the left that can take you up to level P2 of the shopping mall
- Once you arrive at P2, turn right towards Zentro Bar & Eatery
- Continue straight ahead to Le Gouter Bernardaud Café, then turn right, past Wellendorff-Boutique and Burberry, until you reach La Perla
- Turn left past Lalique and go straight ahead to Lanvin Ladies
- Ahead is the escalator down to the Four Seasons Place Service Apartments, which is connected to Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong on the right
