Its 646 square metres (6,938 square feet) of meeting and conference space combine the elegance of an English manor with the most up-to-date technology. In fine weather, the surrounding lawns and gardens provide a breathtaking backdrop for outdoor receptions or parties, and the Wedding Garden, in a wooded glade, offers tranquillity and seclusion for a very special occasion.

Technical Assistance
An on-site technical team is dedicated to looking after the needs of every function. All meeting space at the Hotel is fully equipped to support the most demanding presentation and communication requirements.
Music and entertainment
Catering and conference service specialists can arrange music and entertainment to complement any part of your function or event.
Receiving and maintenance
Special arrangements for the delivery of oversized packages or environmentally sensitive equipment should be made through the catering and conference services manager. The engineering department is available 24 hours a day for general assistance.
Welcome amenities and VIP gifts
Special arrangements can be made for clients to purchase welcome amenities for their VIP guests. Possibilities range from fresh flowers and seasonal fruit plates to a selection of fine wines or beer, petit fours, chocolate fondue, deluxe truffles, special occasion gifts, a spa treatment or a traditional Hampshire Hamper – full of locally made produce such as handmade chocolates, jams, chutneys, honey, shortbread and fruit cake.
