Catering and conference service specialists can arrange music and entertainment to complement any part of your function or event.

Special arrangements for the delivery of oversized packages or environmentally sensitive equipment should be made through the catering and conference services manager. The engineering department is available 24 hours a day for general assistance.

Special arrangements can be made for clients to purchase welcome amenities for their VIP guests. Possibilities range from fresh flowers and seasonal fruit plates to a selection of fine wines or beer, petit fours, chocolate fondue, deluxe truffles, special occasion gifts, a spa treatment or a traditional Hampshire Hamper – full of locally made produce such as handmade chocolates, jams, chutneys, honey, shortbread and fruit cake.

The Hotel offers a variety of activities that will interest the spouses of meeting participants. In addition to numerous indoor and outdoor activities, such as fishing, cycling, tennis, and spa, we also offer the following activities:
