Whisk your loved one away for a Great American Hot Air Balloon Ride. Your crew will float up towards the clouds and cruise for about 3 hours, covering 5 to 10 miles (8 to 16 kilometres) in the air. Celebrate touching down with a champagne toast, an old ballooning tradition.

You pick your favourite outdoor dining spot and we’ll provide the delectable bites and sips to take along with you in your own picnic basket. No need to worry about the little details – your only job is to fall in love all over again. The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, one of the most beautiful outdoor attractions in Dallas, features 66 acres (27 hectares) of spectacular display gardens that showcase incredible seasonal flowers, ornamental shrubs, trees and plant collections, all in a serene setting on White Rock Lake. Stroll hand-in-hand through any of the 15 colourful gardens, or catch a live concert every Tuesday and Thursday through the summer.
