Weekly Specials

  • wine wednesdays

As part of the Wine Wednesday Twitter phenomenon, sommeliers from Four Seasons properties across North America will select a special wine to highlight each week, and their selection will be featured at the Hotel by the taste, by the glass and by the bottle. Our goal is to share with our guests some of the secret (and not-so-secret) loves of our best and brightest wine experts, and we hope that you will follow all of our recommendations over the next year.

    Theme dinners

After a day of play by the Family Pool, get ready for some good ol' fashioned fun with our themed Saturday night dinners, which include delicious dining, live entertainment and kid friendly activities. Join in the fun every Saturday this summer from Memorial Weekend to August 3.

  • 100-Mile Cocktail

Try our newest custom cocktail, The Farmer’s Tan, created by Bar Manager David McIntyre and Master Sommelier James Tidwell. Sourced within 100 miles (160 kilometres) of the Resort, this cocktail perfectly portrays summertime in Texas, with home-grown jalapeños and cilantro from Executive Chef Christof Syre’s herb garden, infused with lime juice and a simple syrup that is also made in-house. Sweet Stingray Spiced Rum, made from the Resort’s neighbours just up the road in Carrollton, Texas, home-grown basil leaves and a splash of club soda add the finishing touches to this mojito-esque cocktail with a Texas twist.

The Farmer’s Tan is available at Bar 19 or Terrace Lounge for USD 14 until September 13, 2013.
