The Resort’s team of conference and banqueting specialists can arrange music and entertainment to complement any aspect of your function or event – from jazz to Latin, dance to light classical.

Special arrangements for the delivery of oversized packages or environmentally sensitive equipment should be made through the conference services manager. In addition, the conference service manager can advise on customs restrictions. The engineering department is available 24 hours a day for general assistance with lighting, room temperature control and minor repairs.

Costa Rica has stringent customs guidelines for packages shipped into the country. Guests are encouraged to travel with all luggage, including personal belongings and golf clubs.

Arrangements can easily be made for clients to purchase welcome amenities or evening turndown gifts for guests. The conference service department will be happy to assist in these arrangements. Possibilities include:

The Resort offers a variety of group activities to provide a break from the conference schedule, or to entertain and engage the spouses of meeting participants. The Concierge can provide detailed information on specially tailored off-site programs, accessing any of the nearby destinations.

Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo offers a perfect base for families, and extends an especially warm welcome to its young guests. Complimentary cribs, bottles, high chairs, videos and an assortment of games are available upon request, and special children’s menus are offered in the restaurants and through In-Room Dining. Books, toys, games and video game terminals can also be provided. Babysitting services may be arranged, for a fee.

Children ages four to twelve may take advantage of this popular program, which includes both indoor and outdoor organized activities with full-time, multilingual, professionally qualified staff. Enclosed outdoor areas are complete with a playground and a shallow swimming pool with float toys and chaise longues. To enjoy Kids For All Seasons, children under four must be accompanied by an adult.

Tuanis - a Costa Rican expression meaning "too nice" or "too cool" – is a fully equipped entertainment facility created specifically for teenage guests. Located just steps from the basketball court, Tuanis houses two flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, a PlaySation, an Xbox, Wii, computers with complimentary Internet and iPod docking stations. The Centre is staffed with a teen-oriented Concierge, who provides information on weekly activities and tours.
