Working with you or your wedding consultant, your Four Seasons wedding professional will help reserve your dates, plan the schedule of events and coordinate your menu, décor and other details.

Photography
The Hotel is ideally situated near numerous charming locations for your wedding photography. A small private park just steps from the Hotel offers an idyllic backdrop for photos, while Michigan Avenue, just a block away, showcases the best of Chicago. Along the city's lakefront is Lincoln Park, a mere five-minute drive from the Hotel – the perfect opportunity for the new couple to relax and enjoy a beverage en-route. For a touch of classical French elegance and glamour, the Lobby and Promenade areas of the Hotel are romantic settings for couples to pose.

Flowers
We have an exclusive relationship with Chicago's finest floral and event designers. Recommended designers specialise in creative, contemporary arrangements and can tailor the blooms, design and accessories to meet your needs and preferences.

Lighting
The Hotel offers unique classic French chandeliers throughout – including a stunning 400,000-piece showstopper in the Ballroom.

Linens and tabletop décor
We provide ivory damask floor-length tablecloths on all dining tables, as well as residential-style chef action stations. A diagram of your table arrangements will be provided so that table assignments may be made. Custom linens and table décor may also be arranged to coordinate with your wedding colours.

Entertainment
We have exclusive lists of the finest professionals in the Chicago area, and are delighted to work with them in planning your wedding. These vendors are very familiar with the Hotel and are thoroughly reliable and creative.

Transportation
At your request, the Hotel can arrange local transportation for you or your visiting guests. Parking is available either through our valet at the Pearson Street entrance or by self-parking in Water Tower Place, which is adjacent to the Hotel's entrance.

Personalised web site
You may customise your very own web site and e-mail a link to your out-of-town guests so they can arrange guest room accommodations and familiarise themselves with the Hotel and its services.

The bridal party will enjoy the private atmosphere of the Spa. The skylit indoor pool, and adjacent sundeck, located within The Carlton Club, offers space to relax and rejuvenate with friends between treatments while enjoying city and lake views. Classes in yoga or Pilates, offer an energising morning start for the bridal party – or other guests – on the day of the wedding.

Your wedding professional can arrange appointments for any additional beauty needs you may have, including hair, nail and make-up services at your preferred spa or salon.

Accommodations
We are pleased to offer special room rates for your out-of-town guests. We will also provide personalised formal reservation cards for the convenience of your guests. Arrangements for amenities or gift deliveries may be made through your wedding specialist.

For evening weddings in the Ballroom with 150 or more guests, we are pleased to offer the bride and groom a complimentary Superior Lakeside One-Bedroom Suite on the evening of the wedding, as well as complimentary Deluxe accommodations for the parents of the bride and the parents of the groom.
