The Health Club at Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai features state-of-the-art exercise equipment, separate saunas for men and women, a unisex Thai herbal steam room, a heated outdoor whirlpool, a cold plunge pool and a 20-metre (66-foot) infinity-edge swimming pool.
The Health Club also provides complimentary mountain bikes for adults and children, complete with maps and recommended trails.
