Head to our expansive health club any time you please - it's open 24 hours a day. Sip on complimentary mineral water and herbal tea as you do your workout in a striking, contemporary setting with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the Nile. Part of the Spa and Wellness Centre, it's the largest facility of its kind in Cairo. You'll have use of state-of-the-art equipment, certified trainers and fitness assessment counsellors to help you get the most out of a workout, as well as the option to sign up for our 3-month, 6-month or annual fitness membership program. The gym is divisible in two to provide a secluded, private workout space for those who need it.

Those using our gym facilitiy have the option to sign up for our three-month, six-month or one-year fitness membership program. Membership offers a number of benefits and privileges throughout Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza, including the following:
- Complimentary valet parking
- Complimentary Cabana to be used by members only, and upon availability
- Four complimentary Spa passes for one-year memberships and two complimentary Spa passes for six-month memberships
- Two complimentary hours of personal training for the one-year memberships, and a one-hour complimentary personal training session for six-month memberships
- 25% discount on personal training packages
- 20% discount on all Spa treatments (Sunday to Thursday)
- 15% discount on all Spa treatments (Friday & Saturday)
