Resident Chef Chantima creates an authentic home-grown taste with offerings like chicken penang curry and pad Thai sen jun, featuring original herbs and spices from multiple regions of Thailand, chosen for their heightened flavours.

Signature dishes are satay ruam (grilled chicken and beef satays with curried peanut sauce and cucumber relish) and kaeng khiew wan neua (green curry with beef and eggplant). Vegetarians will find much to choose from, and guests may also select the level of fieriness of their dishes.

For the business crowd or for a leisurely lunch, the Bento Box offers quick and savoury options with mini versions of several dishes for LE 150. The Bento Box features a selection of delectable and perfectly seasoned sliced beef, chicken or zesty shrimp curries, and is accompanied by steamed Thai rice, spicy beef salad and tantalizing spring rolls with a wide array of sauces and herbs. It also features a mouth-watering fried banana and coconut ice cream drizzled with hot caramel sauce for dessert.

With years of authentic Thai experience, Chef Chantima Uber has developed the ultimate Bento lunch menu for Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at the First Residence. Guests can choose from a menu of three boxes featuring a selection of delicious beef, chicken or shrimp curries, alongside steamed Thai rice and zesty, spicy beef salad dishes. Served without the oversized portions, the boxes also include tantalizing spring rolls topped with spicy or sweet and sour sauces and herbs, as well as a mouth-watering fried banana and coconut ice cream dessert topped with hot caramel, or a selection of Thai-inspired ice creams.

Lai Thai is your go-to choice for an exquisite meal in an inviting atmosphere. Chefs specially recruited from all over Thailand prepare some of Cairo's most authentic Thai cuisine. Guests can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Nile River in this warm environment, which features an arched entrance, Buddhist statues and relaxed silk curtains.
