Bar Bite Nights at The Bristol Bar, Sundays to Tuesdays – Enjoy complimentary bar snacks at The Bristol Lounge Bar between 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm.

Burgers and Burgundy Wednesdays – Every Wednesday during lunch and dinner at The Bristol Lounge Bar, choose from four variations of the famous Bristol Burger, paired with two tastings of Burgundian-style wines, for just USD 35 per person.

 

Fizzy Fridays / First Fridays – End the workweek in spirited style at The Bristol Lounge Bar. Order from a selection of bubbly by the glass, and receive a complimentary amuse bouche with each glass. On the first Friday of each month, Fizzy Fridays becomes First Fridays, with a visit from one of our favorite champagne labels, serving up complimentary sips from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm and including the chance to win a deluxe prize.

Sundaes on Saturdays Dessert Buffet – From 9:00 pm – 12:00 midnight every Saturday, The Bristol Lounge turns into a dessert wonderland, featuring an extensive array of ice creams, crêpes made à la minute, and housemade delicacies that dazzle the taste buds.

Sunday Brunch – From 9:00 am – 1:30 pm each Sunday, enjoy favourite hot and cold brunch items ranging from omelettes made to order to homemade pasta, prime rib of beef, Belgian waffles and fresh seasonal fruits and salads. Also enjoy a selection of warm desserts from the Pastry Shop and linger over Sunday Sips, a selection of spirited cocktails, including all your brunch favourites. USD 48 per adult and 24 per child. Weekend Afternoon Tea – A Boston tradition. On Saturdays and Sundays from 3:00 pm – 4:15 pm, sip your choice of Four Seasons tea or royal tea, served with a glass of kir royale. Reservations are required.

 

Kid's Georgetown Cupcake Tea – A new children's Boston tradition. On Saturdays and Sundays from 3:00 pm – 4:15 pm, kids can sip their choice of hot chocolate or juice while enjoying three various flavoured Georgetown Cupcakes mini cupcakes, featuring an exclusive Four Seasons Boston cupcake, which is comprised of a Boston creme cupcake with whipped ganache frosting and green sparkling sanding sugar. Reservations are required. Begins April 20th, 2013.

Cooking classes

Guided by Executive Chef Brooke Vosika, our famous cooking classes are perfect for experienced cooks and novices alike. Classes take place in the Four Seasons kitchen and include hands-on cooking and instruction plus delicious food, drink and fun. All participants will receive an apron, recipe cards and housemade treats.
