One great example of this kind of dedication occurred recently when our Hotel had the honor of hosting a well-known and popular singer at the Hotel.  On the day of the singer’s concert, there was an insurmountable amount of traffic in and around Beirut. The singer took one look at the logjam and realised there was no was he was going to make his show on time. Luckily, one of our Concierge team, Roxanne, knew the singer was a big fan of motorcycles. So she called up the local dealership and had three bikes delivered to the hotel: one for the singer and two for his companions. And within 15 minutes, the singer was not only delighted to be riding a motorcycle through the streets of Beirut, he was bypassing traffic and was able to make his show on time.
