The menu includes a wide variety of fish, pork, beef and chicken dishes, as well as unique Thai fresh fruits and exotic desserts. An extensive selection of beverages and wines from around the world is available to complement the cuisine. Every Monday, our chef selects three weekly highlights.
For Sunday brunch, guests can choose their dining venue – Spice Market, Madison or Aqua – and enjoy food from the live cooking and buffet stations set around Parichart Court and inside Madison.
Designed to resemble an old Thai spice shop, Spice Market at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok exudes Thai hospitality and charm. The restaurant’s selection of fine Thai cuisine has made it a favourite among locals, who voted it “Most Delicious Thai Restaurant in Bangkok.”
Dressed in contemporary Thai uniforms, our friendly staff is ready to assist with menu selections, and will tailor the spices in each dish to individual tastes. Guests can watch the traditional Thai art of fruit and vegetable carving performed by a skilled staff member.
