Advance booking and space confirmation
Guests may confirm space up to 3 years in advance.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel your event after confirmation, your advance deposit will not be refunded. In addition, cancellation of any part of your programme after acceptance of the booking by the Hotel may be subject to a cancellation fee.
