Wedding specialist

A Four Seasons on-site expert will work with you or your wedding consultant to reserve your dates, plan the schedule of events, coordinate all food and beverage details, from menu design to linens, and generally assist with your wedding experience at the Hotel.

For a Ballroom wedding, the bride and groom receive a complimentary Bridal Suite with personalised amenities and savoury delights, in addition to a complimentary changing room for use on their wedding day. Should any family or friends wish to stay at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, special rates will be extended for groups of 10 guest rooms or more.

Public area available for pictures

The Grand Staircase and eighth-floor lobby are ideal backdrops for your wedding pictures.

Flowers

Our Wedding Specialist will be pleased to assist you with any floral requirements you may have.

Cakes

We can provide a beautiful customised wedding cake in the flavour of your preference. If you have a photograph of a special cake, we will be happy to prepare that cake for you.

Ice carvings

Custom-designed ice carvings can be provided to highlight your special occasion.

Menu creations

Four Seasons prides itself on culinary creativity, and offers an extensive array of menus to choose from. Alternatively, we can custom-design a menu for you, including your choice of beverages. Whatever the wedding event, whether it is to be an intimate family brunch, sophisticated cocktail buffet or grand reception banquet, our team will assist you or your wedding consultant, from planning to execution.

Linens and tabletop décor

Four Seasons provides superior linens, cutlery, china and glassware for all banquet tables. Special colours, patterns or designs may be obtained for a nominal rental fee.

Entertainment

For a dinner dance or cocktail party, we will be pleased to help you arrange entertainment.

Transportation

At your request, Four Seasons can arrange local transportation for you or your guests.

Valet parking is available, for an applicable fee; self parking is available off Walton Street.
