Meeting Package
Intimate Lanna-style meeting space surrounded by lush tropical gardens provides the perfect backdrop for executive conferences, weekend retreats and incentive events. Our dedicated conference team will attend to every aspect of your meeting to ensure that you have a stress-free and successful event.
This package includes:
- Complimentary use of one meeting room from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for a full-day meeting, or from either 8:00 am to 12:00 noon or 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm for a half-day meeting
- Morning and afternoon coffee breaks with coffee, tea and three choices of snacks
- Lunch with choice of set menu offerings (a buffet menu is available for groups of 30 or more)
- All-day coffee, tea and herbal tea refreshments and homemade cookies
- Complimentary use of standard audiovisual equipment (excludes LCD projector)
- Complimentary use of whiteboard and flipchart with markers
- Executive conference amenities, including distilled water, candies, writing pads and pens
- Groups that book 40 pavilions or more may be eligible for an exclusive Resort buy-out without any extra charges or minimum requirements on food and beverages
- A hospitality desk and private group check-in (for groups reserving 10 rooms or more), which are just two of the services and amenities we have always included with every meeting group – with no added charges. View list.
