Day 1

Day 2

A Celebration of Tango – Experience legendary tango at an evening of authentic Argentinian cuisine and entertainment by celebrated musicians and performers. Enjoy watching and learning the tango in a convivial ambience that celebrates the passion of the Argentinian people. The venue could be a typical tango house or an elegant private house of the 1920s.


Day 3


Day
Begin the day with breakfast at leisure. Then choose from:

  • A private shopping spree
  • A guided visit to museums and/or antique shops
  • A cooking class with a Four Seasons chef
  • A backstage tour of the Colon Opera House, one of the top-three opera houses in the world
  • A day at leisure

Evening
Evita-Themed Gala Dinner at The Mansion – One of the most touching nights that you can experience in Buenos Aires, this dinner features our chef's excellent cuisine, accompanied by opera selections, and finishes with Evita singing “Don't Cry for Me, Argentina” on the balcony of the Mansion, under the starry sky of Buenos Aires.


Day 4


Day
Transfer by ferry (two hours) to Four Seasons Resort Carmelo, Uruguay.

  • Enjoy a city tour of historic Colonia, a UNESCO World Heritage site
  • Lunch in a typical Uruguayan restaurant
  • Upon arrival at the Resort, your group will be welcomed with local beverages

Evening
Uruguayan barbecue night at the Estancia – The stars glitter overhead as your group enjoys a casual evening of the famous asado (barbecue). Flickering torches and live musicians add to the atmosphere. Gauchos demonstrate their equestrian skills and entertain, playing guitars and singing South American songs. Experience a real pampas night. Optional: Try your luck at the Casino.


Day 5


Day
Begin the day with breakfast at leisure. Then choose from:

  • A morning golf tournament
  • Resting and rejuvenating at the spa, with beauty and relaxation treatments
  • Afternoon horseback riding with gauchos
  • Tennis
  • Lunch at Narbona (a restaurant and bakery housed in a converted country store), where you will enjoy a tasting of local wines and cheeses

Evening
Adios South America! – Enjoy an enchanting evening by the pool overlooking the Río de La Plata (weather permitting). Experience a wonderful buffet specially created by our Resort Chef. Optional: Try your luck at the Casino.


Day 6


Day
Enjoy breakfast at leisure followed by a transfer to Colonia. From Colonia, you will transfer to Buenos Aires by ferry. Day-use rooms will be reserved at Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires. Optional afternoon activities include:

  • Winery and leather factory tours
  • Shopping
  • A farewell tea with Argentinian pastries in a hospitality room
