Technical assistanceAudiovisual equipment is available on request, including VHS and multi-system video equipment, slide and overhead projectors, projection screens, state-of-the-art sound systems and wired or wireless high-speed Internet access. Music and entertainmentConference planners will be happy to assist with setting up any type of music or entertainment for your meeting. Receiving and maintenanceThe Resort features a full-service shipping and receiving office. All packages should be sent to the attention of the Guest Relations Manager with the group's name highlighted. There is limited space available for storage, so please time shipping to coincide with the group's arrival. Contact the Guest Relations Manager to make special arrangements for shipping of oversized packages and to co-ordinate shipping of post-conference materials. Welcome amenities and VIP giftsSpecial arrangements can be made for clients to purchase welcome amenities or gifts for their VIP guests.
