Four Seasons Resort Carmelo offers a 106-square-metre (1,141-square-foot) boardroom with connecting terrace, ideal for exclusive executive retreats. The Resort's library, restaurant and the spacious bungalows and suites themselves also offer perfect settings for intimate social occasions and celebrations.

In all instances, Four Seasons service and outstanding cuisine make every moment unfold flawlessly.

Technical assistance

Audiovisual equipment is available on request, including VHS and multi-system video equipment, slide and overhead projectors, projection screens, state-of-the-art sound systems and wired or wireless high-speed Internet access.

Conference planners will be happy to assist with setting up any type of music or entertainment for your meeting.

Receiving and maintenance

The Resort features a full-service shipping and receiving office. All packages should be sent to the attention of the Guest Relations Manager with the group's name highlighted. There is limited space available for storage, so please time shipping to coincide with the group's arrival. Contact the Guest Relations Manager to make special arrangements for shipping of oversized packages and to co-ordinate shipping of post-conference materials.

Welcome amenities and VIP gifts

Special arrangements can be made for clients to purchase welcome amenities or gifts for their VIP guests.

The Resort offers a wide range of activities to suit all tastes. Enjoy a day of canoeing, take a land cruise to explore the area or be pampered at the Spa. Guests can also relax by the pool, read a book or explore the Internet in the Library at the Main Lodge.
